AI as an assistant for MMD creation

AI can speed up a motion test, help make original music, or prepare narration. It does not replace checking bones, physics, timing, authorship, or publishing rights.

AI TOOLS

Choose by what you want to make

Start with a small test and review the output before bringing it into MMD.
Music · Beginner

Suno

Create an original track to test the rhythm of an MMD scene.

Input
Your own style, tempo, length and instrument idea; original lyrics if needed.
Output
A song and, if your plan allows it, a download for editing.

Check that song’s rights and your current plan before downloading or monetizing. The free plan does not guarantee commercial use or copyright.

Motion · Advanced

DeepMotion Animate 3D

Turn an authorized video reference into a first motion test.

Input
Your own or permitted full-body video with clear visibility.
Output
FBX or BVH for Blender; not a ready-to-use VMD for every PMX.

Requires checking rig, feet, hands, and rights for the video and model.

Narration · Intermediate

ElevenLabs

Prepare narration for a tutorial or video introduction.

Input
Original script and an allowed synthetic voice or your own voice.
Output
Voice audio to mix and review in your editor.

Do not imitate or clone character or personal voices without necessary rights; review your plan before publishing.

Thumbnails and backgrounds · Intermediate

Adobe Firefly

Explore original backgrounds or thumbnail elements without replacing authorized character artwork.

Input
Original background description without asking to copy a particular artist’s style.
Output
An image to review and edit before use.

Features, partner models and terms may vary; check the output and its rights before publishing.

01

DeepMotion + Blender + MMD Tools

Motion from video

What you get: FBX or BVH as a starting point; VMD only after adapting and checking the rig.

Steps

  1. Record your own or an authorized full-body reference in good light.
  2. Generate a short DeepMotion test, export FBX/BVH, and keep the original video.
  3. Import the motion into Blender, retarget it to an allowed model, and fix feet, hands, and floor contact.
  4. Use MMD Tools to test VMD export when the rig is compatible; verify the result in MMD before publishing.
02

Suno or your own music

Music for a scene

What you get: A working track plus a record of the plan, creation date, allowed download, and usage terms.

Steps

  1. Define duration, tempo, and instrumentation without asking to imitate an existing artist or song.
  2. Generate a test and record its date, plan, and the terms applicable to that song.
  3. Before downloading or monetizing, check your current plan and that track’s rules: creation and download are separate steps.
  4. If you have a permitted file, make a working copy in its available format, sync it in your editor, and keep the original.
03

ElevenLabs or your own voice

Narration and tutorials

What you get: Narration for an intro or explanation, kept separate from the music with terms checked.

Steps

  1. Write short original copy; do not claim facts or credits you have not verified.
  2. Use your own voice or a voice the service permits for your intended use.
  3. Export a sample, check pronunciation and level, and sync it in your audio editor.
  4. Before publishing, check the plan terms and credit the voice or collaborator when required.
